HR GENERALIST- MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK, CANADA
Based in our Moncton Office, the primary responsibilities of the HR Generalist will be to work collaboratively with all business units to aid each in achieving their goals by developing an expertise and understanding of both internal and external customer needs.
The HR Generalist will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.
REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years experience in a progressive HR Environment or equivalent business experience

Excellent problem assessment and problem solving skills

Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

CONTACT CENTER AGENT - TORONTO, ONTARIO & VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN NEW BRUNSWICK, CANADA
The agents are the most important employees in the operation. They handle in-bound calls for clients and may be asked to handle more than one campaign at a time. Depending on the campaign they are working, agents may sell products or services and will provide quality service to customers. They utilize a PC and telephone system during the course of their work and are expected to take one call after another while on the job. They are trained on basic call handling techniques and participate in a special training program with each campaign that they support. Agents will work from VAS PODs in
