VAS operations began in October of 1999 with the opening of the first contact center located in Sussex, New Brunswick, Canada. VAS has since grown to a total of twenty centers. The New Brunswick locations include Sussex (two locations), Doaktown, Minto, Saint-Louis-de-Kent, St. Andrews, St. George, Neguac, Petitcodiac, Chipman, Norton, Rogersville, Hillsborough, Bouctouche, Bristol, Nackawic, Perth-Andover, Stanley and Plaster Rock. VAS also operates a center in Toronto, Ontario.
